Marlins built a nice indoor stadium with an atrium to allow light in, to give an outdoor feel without ****ing 99 degree heat, gators and swamp ass. And people hate it. It makes no sense to me. 77 degrees, watching baseball in comfort, still with sunlight....sounds absolutely amazing

I went to 3 of the 4 games when the Royals played in Tampa this month. Although the park isn't as nice as the K, it was pretty nice sitting in the AC when it was 97 degrees and humid as hell out. Those games would have been miserable to sit through in that heat. If it weren't for that dome, 2 of those games would have probably either been delayed or postponed because of rain.
