Although we wanted a playoff team again, this has been one of the better seasons in our history (esp recent history). All time we have a .485 win % or a 79-83 equivalent. We could go 5-14 to match that.
If we go 10-9, which is very doable with our schedule, that gets us to 84 wins. We've only done that 4x since 1990 (27 seasons) so this year has to be considered a success if we do that. We should likely have a winning season next year too and if so that would be 5 straight. That hasn't happened since 1976-1980 which was our glory run. That was also the last time we had even 4 straight winning seasons.
