No shit Sherlock, I am fairly confident Dorsey and Reid aren't slapping each other on the back and high fiving each other. They obviously ****ed up and I am sure learned from it.
The only difference from this scenario and many many many others league wide is they didn't give him a couple years before cutting bait.
