Quite the opposite. Any good QB can make any bad coach look competent. Any good coach can NOT make any bad QB look good.
Whether it's Herm or Haley or Reid, the consistent failure of this organization is Mark Castle, Tyler Thigpen, Alex Smith. They're all the same recycled trash, just slightly upgraded versions. I don't know why the homers around here are so hard for pigs with lipstick on.
