My rankings:
Berkeley Springs - This place has weaknesses - small size and no garage. Also, those trees growing in the middle of the house will be a nightmare to remove when they eventually die. I don't even know how you'd remove them. But the house is really cool and it's on a good-sized property. I would take this one because of the novelty, but the cool design comes with a cost. I pick this one first with great hesitation.
Vienna - A nice, classy house near the river whose interior is much nicer than the exterior curb appeal.
Morgantown - A nice house, pretty big, close to the river. It's in a bigger town, which is good. I'm meh on the interior of the house, though.
Huntington - I feel like I should like this house, but the style isn't consistent. It's certainly a big house, though.
Kenna - I like the 80+ acres of land, and the house has some nice features, but for some reason it doesn't speak to me.
