Will the 850 watt power supply be of benefit over teh 460 watt now or in the future?

Is liquid cooled a must-have?
The PSU in my list is actually a 650W PSU. It's probably overkill for you if you aren't going to be doing overclocking, but it was cheaper than the 500W PSU so I included it. The main thing with PSUs is to look for the different tiers of quality. The EVGA PSU delivers really clean power with minimal spiking or dips, which is what you want for computers. People new to computer building tend to go cheap on PSUs, which is a big mistake. Your power supply is probably the most crucial single component of any computer build.

Liquid cooling is not a must have. In fact, I'd say most air cooling solutions are better than the all in one liquid cooling solutions offered by Corsair, etc, unless you are willing to drop 150+ on a CPU cooling solution. Liquid cooling is more beneficial to people who like to do extreme overclocking of the CPU and video card. Otherwise, don't bother with it.
