B - yes a failed test and a missed one are the same thing in the eyes of the CBA. But you know what isn't? The fact that Randy Gregory did not have an agent at the time of this appeal hearing. This violates the CBA about having representation before hearing has taken place.
C - meanwhile Josh Brown gets one game suspension, and Micheal Fliyed will be catching TD for the pats in the post season.

A - It was shortly after his rehab and it's not the NFL's job to hold your hand. Don't want to be subject to a bunch of tests - don't be a goddamn junky.
B - Uh...no it doesn't. This isn't a criminal hearing and the CBA does not guarantee any form of representation in a disciplinary hearing.
C - No question that the NFL's disciplinary policy can be erratic. That said, this one's black and white and Gregory is a repeat, repeat, repeat....REPEAT offender (as the failed test at the combine also counts, IIRC).
Randy Gregory is a grown ass man playing a kids game for hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Save your tears for someone that isn't rolling up his meal ticket and smoking it.
