It has a lot to do with Roethlisberger being the Paul Pierce of NFL football players.
If the guy walks into the training room and is being Paul Pierce (i.e. a make-believe soft bitch who milks every injury for additional television time and attention), the trainers can't really do a hell of a lot about it.
