Yeah, "holding happens on every play of every game." Fine. Much of that is internal to the line and not out in the open.
Fisher is a scrub, a total bum, and he got wasted on that play. His only chance was to hold, but he couldn't even do that right.
THAT is why it was called "in that situation." Because it was too obvious not to call it.
