Makes perfect sense. Though I'd probably just put the lemon juice right into the yogurt instead of putting on the chicken and letting the grill cook too many of the citrus oils off.
Maybe add a sprinkle of red pepper flake.
Ever go all out and make up some scratch Spanakopita instead of the soufflé?
