The issue with Kaaya to me is that his biggest flaws were made to easily be hidden in the combine environment. And they were, he did a nice job.
At this point, it's Mahomes or Watson for me. I worry about Watson's durability though in the league. With those two, I think you have a chance of maybe developing into a top flight QB eventually. The other guys that the Chiefs could possibly be in position to draft won't be any more than average IMO, at best.
