I think he's insinuating that because Malcolm Smith is gone, Kelce won't be able to get open anymore against Oakland.
Unfortunately for him, he probably hasn't watched the All-22 to see that the majority of Kelce's damage against OAK and the NFL in general is against safeties and even some corners in different formations.
