I really like Mahomes a bunch. I think that if you fix a few of the warts on him, he's going to be stellar. I think patching up that footwork, getting him to step into the throw consistently, will be the biggest one. Teach him how to take snaps under center and run a pro offense, I think you're looking at the best QB in this class. He can already make every throw, is pretty damn accurate even using bad mechanics, can make those off balance throws ala Rodgers, and he can extend plays. Easily the highest ceiling, and it's not like his floor is bad either.
I'd probably have my top-10 list as:
1. Mahomes
2. Trubisky
3. Peterman
4. Watson
5. Webb
6. Kizer
7. Dobbs
8. Kaaya
9. Evans
10. Kelly
