Just to fill you guys in, cause I'm sure you're dying to know, my golf game is really rounding into shape this year. I made some changes over the winter and I'm really hitting it well. Shallowing the club out to get it on plane early, it's paying off well.
My last excursion in our friday afternoon game, I was even thru 17 and ended up throwing up a 75, with a nice little 8 on 18. You'd think I'd learn to lay up there, but I digress.
In our Sat morning game, which is not handicapped like the friday game, so it's actually possible to win some money without shooting 65, I played really well. They just busted up the greens last week, so I didn't putt very well. Shot 71. Our saturday morning game is 2 handicaps or better so it's pretty intense. One of my close friends wife actually won the game and about 100 bucks. He and his wife played at South Carolina and she was an all american there I think. I don't much enjoy playing with her, she's a freaking stick. Ironically, she has 2 other sisters who all played D1 golf.
Anyway, looking forward to the summer of golf. Gonna be a big year hope everyone gets out and plays.
