Chiefs fan for sure but also a Texans after living down here many years now but everything I've heard in the last couple weeks in the local media was that the HC really wanted MaHomes more than any other QB.
Actually it wasn't much of secret as the local narrative was that O'Brien wanted MaHomes but nationally media (mistakenly) said O'Brien wanted Watson.
