I say when it comes to NFL QB development Winston is in the process of learning and knowing the NFL game better than Cam at this point being in the league 2 less yrs than Cam and you will see Winston pass him this year if he hasn't already by last year's performance even though Cam is far more athletic than Jameis. The big difference is that Cam still thinks the game is about him whereas Jameis is about the team first. Immaturity vs Mature. HUUUUUUGE !!!!
