You cook well. That's going to be awesome. Care to share how you make it? I need work on my Mexican cooking game. I always grow my own jalapenos but will be adding some Tomatillo plants this fall.

I just cut up a pork shoulder/butt and seasoning it with cumin, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and coarse pepper. Throw it all in a hot pan to brown up with cilantro, onions and lots of fresh garlic. Cover all peppers in olive oil and broil until charred. Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and sweat.
Peel and seed all the peppers, add to meat and use chicken stock to thin it up a bit.
