Not in my book. He said 9/10 wins. I said Donx would not finish above .500. Pretty clear 8 - 8 is less than 9/10 all day long. He says its a "gray area" Its only gray through his orange colored Mule Tool glasses. Now he's trying to change the original terms. Its all here in this this thread.
