I'm not arguing with anyone but I don't the recall him moving around very frequently.

If he even has, it wasn't the right times. Crucial 3rd and 4th downs, Peters should be on the Antonio Browns and Amari Coopers. We just don't have the CB talent to have guys locked in on one side of the field.
