The icing pizza seems to be a CiCis thing. The icing is there because they make dessert pizzas [apple and cherry, IIRC}. But they'll also make any pizza you request. So 'punk kids' go in there and ask for a weird assortment of toppings, partially to **** with the staff and partially to see if it meets some perverse taste test.
I don't think there's any broader sugar/pizza synergy.

I know about the candy corn and i assumed about cici's but sometimes you just have to see if he actually wasted a frozen pizza to take a picture. If I made it, I would have to take one bite, cut off the crust because Labs love pizza bones, and dig a hole and see if the grass dies.
