I know the name of an excellent landlord. I lived in two of his houses and had zero issues. Heating, AC, appliances, everything worked perfectly. All of his houses come with fridge, oven, washer and dryer, and both had fenced backyards.
He rents multiple properties around the KCMO area and his leases are fair and competitively priced. He also came out to my house multiple times to take care of the yard when I got lazy, and didn't charge me. M'fer cleaned my gutters for free.
