Even if you are an alcoholic it doesn't mean you have to quit or change. St Joe no ****s are given about drinking and drugging to get by. So if you have a problem or not is not the problem. The problem is you are feeling like shit. My advice is sober up, go to therapy, sleep, eat, put up with feeling bad because feeling bad is apart of life. Accept grief heartbreak failure setbacks as apart of life and learn to cope with them. If this fails get on on depression drugs. Of course you want do any of this because people waste their time trying to see if they have a problem or not and **** around until they feel better and they don't learn shit. Then another crisis occurs and they didn't learn shit from the last time so they do the same bullshit again.
