What I found amazing is how there was no review on the interception that actually hurt the Panthers. It was under 2 minutes so it would have to come from the officiating crew. No,you are correct,in fact one the Carolina defenders was by the ref doing the incomplete gesture,that play should have been reviewed.Don't get it at all you make a rule and then don't even follow it.
