With or without skin? I recently learned Hebrew National makes a hot dog with casing - they use collagen casings to stay Kosher. Can't find 'em, though.

Pretty sure mine aren't Kosher, but they are all beef and collagen - mostly because I couldn't find sheep casings locally, and Amazon didn't deliver on time.
