Why the laugh? I'd ****ing much prefer they take an OG than any of these QBs, even if the OG is a future HOFer and the QB is somewhat of a lotto ticket. If they hit, it'll hurt us in the long run far more than any other pick they could make. Sure, we'll be happy if he busts, but I'd rather play the percentages - as in, even a 1% chance of a QB being a stud is still better than the 0% chance they'll be good if they pass on them.
Elway knows this. Reid knew this when we finally made our move.
