As a rules note, you can accept or reject any Chiefs trade as long as you hold the trade capital that the Chiefs gave up. If we're talking about draft day trades of picks, you don't have to take any discounts if you accept a Chiefs trade of picks (trade ups in this case). You just have to be holding the picks that they gave up - no exceptions.
