My favorite ticket to write is littering. Usually write a couple a month. It usually consists of some idiot throwing a cigarette out their window.
The last guy, a couple of weeks ago, was from Texas. He tried telling me it was legal to discard cigarettes out of your car window in Texas.
My best one. Some dumbass had a large tv in the bed of his truck. It fell out on the highway. I watched him stop, look at it, and drive away.
