In 5 seasons, Dorsey drafted 38 players.. Only 4 went to the Pro-Bowl (Kelce, Peters, T. Hill and K. Hunt)
In his first 4 drafts, he drafted 32 players.. only 13 are still on the team..
People blamming Veach for the secondary issues.. Look farther.. In Dorsey's 5 drafts, he only drafted "one" safety..Leon McQuay in the 6th RD.. he did draft CB's Sanders Commings in the 6th RD and Eric Murray in the 4th Rd trying to changing them in safetys..
Marcus Peters is the only CB taken above the 3rd Rd.. He did pick 3 CB's with a 3rd rd picks..1) Gaines..that didn't work out 2) S. Nelson.. Dorsey drafted him to play slot CB (which he had never played) 3) K. Russell.. this guy wasn't worth the time it took to call his name draft day..
So basically in Dorsey's 5 drafts.. He picked one DB above the 3rd RD.. there others (except Nelson) big Red Flags. For a team that usually keeps 10 DB's on the roster and uses 3 safety's often..
