When you see the matchup before the play, you can see Reid standing there with his menu...er...play sheet. He's definitely standing next to Burnes/Hill and could have absolutely been barking at him from the sideline.

I think he said it for sure and I think Burns absolutely heard it and I think that the proof is that Burns tries so desperately to hold Hill on that play. He knew the play was coming his way and that he was about to get beat. And he did clearly hold him but just not good enough.
