this. I think one possible change that might make sense would be run a lot of 4-2-5 . It should help in the run game as they have less gaps to read and less free OL to swallow them up and should help cover backs/TE's with the extra DB. You could also play O'Daniel some as a hybrid LB/DB which is almost a 4-3. Also, you can keep your DE's fresh rotating with Speaks and Kpass, Ford and Houston on passing downs... 3 corners and 2 S. You can have a larger personnel grouping with O'Daniels and the big line, and a lighter personnel grouping where you have Ford and Houston on the field as DE's along with Bailey and Jones inside and your 5 best cover guys in the secondary on obvious passing downs. And all sorts of in-between.
