After losing 5 in a row and with a road game at San Diego St next week(I'm there!)Hawaii, who looked to be out of a bowl after starting the season 6-1, rallies back from down 21-3 to beat UNLV and clinch a Bowl birth! Our ineffective starting QB gets benched in the 4th quarter for our freshman backup who due to that weird redshirt new rule, has only appeared in a game or two. This kid, Chevan Corderio is supposed to be the "one" who stayed home after the NCAA great like Tua and Milton left for the mainland.
He promptly goes 4/5 for 153 yards and 3 TD in the 4th quarter.
Yes, this is way to long a post about University of Hawaii on a forum made up of mostly guys who don't even know what Hawaii is, but I don't give a ****! We're going bowling , baby!!!!!!!
