That's not a reality in the modern NFL. Landon Collins is NOT Daniel Sorensen.
He's not a 'good player', he's a GREAT PLAYER. A PLAYMAKER. In all aspects of the game. He covers TE's and backs in the passing game. He's an excellent run defender, yes, but to try to say that's all is DUMB. He's also an excellent blitzer. You keep indicating that he's just a force as a run stopper. That's an ignorant take. He's a 3 time ALL PRO at 25 years old. HE IS A PLAYMAKER. There are NOT guys like that in every draft. He's a special player, like Earl Thomas is. Like Berry WAS. He literally plays the position Berry has played most of his career snaps. So all the things you've seen Berry do-yeah, that's what Collins does.
If you sign Collins and re-unite him with Spags and then draft an Adderley you are set at Safety for the next 5 years. That is HUGE.

He's an excellent run defender. He's good covering TE's and backs. He's not shown to this point he's elite in that area, nor has he shown to be consistently elite playing deep.
You're gonna have to make him the highest paid safety in the NFL to get him to KC.
