Yeah but you're understating the ability to turn a phenomenal athlete into a complete receiver. John Ross, Perriman, Heyward-Bey etc. there are about a million names of receivers who were "athletic enough" to do what's needed of them. What I am praising Greg Lewis, Andy Reid and co specifically on is the job they've done with Tyreek Hill into turning him into the most dangerous player in football in a long time.
Greg Lewis in a brief interview touches on it here:

Athletic enough to do what is needed + learning the playbook does not = results in the NFL. I think as a fan base we don't give enough credit to the Chiefs coaching staff on turning a lot of players into some of the best at their position in the NFL.
Patrick Mahomes
Tyreek Hill
Kareem Hunt ...
Chris Jones
A lot of these guys have blossomed into the top tier at their respective positions. You got to give credit to the individual themselves but I also put a lot of merit into the environment and who they are learning from as well. That's also why with the Chiefs drafting I usually give them a little more rope on their selections. We've been one of the better franchises with the NFL draft (lately at least) and honestly I trust their decision making.
Anyways though I don't want to get too sidetracked on this discussion. I love this pick by the Chiefs- a lot of advanced stats say that this kid is exceptional in breaking tackles. In today's NFL you live and die with matchups and one missed tackle usually leads to a big gain.
