That combination of him forcing her out and her kicking screaming to stay could result in those bruises fairly easily. Especially considering Tyreek's strength/grip and her petite size.

Tough to be a guy with a crazy woman for sure. In the end I truly do feel sorry for him, I think more highly of him as more and more comes out.
I think he sincerely wants to be a good father for his kid(s) and would have stuck it out with her if this newest stuff never came out for them.
In the end I hope he gets full custody, she goes to jail for extortion and he is publicly praised for being a good dad. (wishful thinking)
