Talk to her personally or just throwing that out there? Without a link to her personally saying that's the reason your whole grandstanding is now a little childish

Throwing THE LAW out there?
Yep.
She literally cannot do ANYTHING regarding the twins until either a test is conducted, or Tyreek signs the birth certificate.

If you read the tweet about her wanting to gain some custody and limit visitation youd be able to surmise that it's a preemptive measure to gather leverage for later. She didnt have to file it, unless it was court ordered or there was a question of the father there would be no reason for her to ask for it unless Tyreek was saying they werent his.
That's possible, but as of yet there is no indication he has said anything to that.

Bold1: Which she CANNOT DO until either Tyreek signs the BC or is proven to be the father by paternity testing.
Bold2: She DID have to file it if she wanted to establish custody, child support and visitation because at this point, Tyreek isn't LEGALLY the twins father because he hasn't signed the BC, or taken a paternity test.
Intentional or not, by not signing the birth certificate, Tyreek has made the petition a necessity.
