So I should be bringing that home before the playoffs start. I needed to upgrade my home theater receiver. I have had both Yamaha and Denon, and today I snagged a Denon AVR-X3500H unit. It's a 2018 model, usually around a grand. Got it Black Friday on Amazon for $549, 18 months no interest. I've got good quality speakers at home (7.1 surround and sub) all Polk Audio stuff. Replacing a Yamaha 7.1 that's probably six or seven years old now. The new TV is going to be massive in the front of my cozy living room. Wowza!

I bought a Denon about 6 years ago and they evidently aren't calculating watts per channel like they used to. I gave it away and kept my early 90's Sony. I hope you fare better.
