Costco is running a special this weekend where they'll knock $25 off a whole KC Strip Loin. I think I'm gonna grab that and smoke it for Christmas dinner. Last one I bought was like $6/lb. $70 or so. It'll be a steal to get the same thing for $45. If I decide not to smoke it I'll just cut it up into steaks.
