I wouldn't count on it. OSU has inexplicably jumped LSU twice and now they rank Wisconsin inside the Top 10 to make their win more impressive and keep them the 1 seed. They wanted Utah to be the 4 seed but since Oregon destroyed them OU will be the 4th seed and destroy OSU. These people tried to give OSU the path of least resistance and failed. I can't wait. OSU will abuse Wisconsin since they are vastly overrated to be a 8 seed.
