It should be this way BUT.........identity politics RULES in our culture and society now regardless of experience and talent.
And we know that there is HUGE $$(potential lawsuits - NAACP,ACLU i.e. to players union who are all in bed together) to be made in playing the "identity politics" card.
Looks like the heat is being turned up on Roger and the boys from the "whoa is me" crowd.
