Well I can answer this for you. Yes, there has been further developments. A young woman couldn't bare to be alive anymore because some slimey piece of shit took her innocence when she was 14 ****ing years old. Oh and if that alone isn't enough of a tragedy, then lets add in the fact that she went to the police because she thought that would get her just a tiny bit of justice, but nope. The ****ing prosecuting attorney acted like she was lying and was just trying to cover up a drunken mistake. If being violated and having the people you thought would help you basically saying you're full of shit still wasn't enough of a burden, then lets throw in a town full of scum that is constantly vilifying her and telling her how big of a slut she is, forced her and her family to move and burned down the house they owned.

The things that poor girl had to endure just makes me so sad. There is no punishment harsh enough for the people who did this to her. God damn it just makes me sick.
It meant exactly what it said. I didn’t doubt her story. I simply asked if there had been any developments in the case between now and then, such as further investigation or information coming out about what happened, since the documentary and the initial media attention.
