The freedom that Wharton, Danna, Fenton & Sneed (and possibly Baker) are going to give us is under the radar as one of the best things we have going for us as we look 3 years down the road.
We are able to look elsewhere in the draft, and while these guys are on their cheap contracts, we are able to spend to retain our stars and pursue FA's.
If we can continue this hit rate in the draft, we aren't going anywhere for a while.

Veach is also a wizard with bargain basement OL. Wis, Osemele, Remmers, etc are super cheap for the value provided.
It allows us to keep our stars.
