I was going to mention that and saw your post. He was QB with the Pitt Panthers but Coach Dave Wannsted picked Tyler Palko for the starting job. Flacco was offered a slot at Delaware and saw that Rich Gannon had played his college ball there, so Joe transferred to Delaware and was drafted in the first round by the Ravens. Here is Joe in his Pitt uniform where he sparingly in 4 games.
