I used to think like you guys until one saved my ass in January.
I religiously stretch in the morning and before bed. Woke up one morning and could barely get out of bed. Worked through it (construction) until I couldn’t get out of bed a few days later.
Went to a lifelong friend and he fixed me within 5 minutes.
It’s the only time I’ve been to a chiropractor in my life. 43 years old.
It worked. I won’t joke about chiropractors ever again.
