He's a quality player. Not a gamebreaker and may not be any better than Fountain or Kemp, but I'd want to put him through some paces to see what I thought he could offer.
Someone will almost certainly sign him to a roster but in a perfect world we could get him to sign to the PS with the understanding that he could have a pretty impactful role if he can get up to speed in the offense and develop into a viable option at X.

6'2, 25 years old and ran a 4:58 40 dash. Also already familar with the KC offense and got 539 yards and four TD's last year..why on earth did the Eagles let him go though? He's certainly a compelling player that's for sure.
