Very tragic the young lady and her pet passed away. So, needless. Should the defendant go to rehab or have rehab come to him?
The difficulty is looking at this from the defendants perspective before the incident.
The rules probably never applied to him. He has generational speed and the skill, coordination and concentration to put that skill to use by catching a football.
The defendant more than likely had a very elevated opinion of himself and what he could get away with and/or what he could buy his way out of.
I pray for the victim’s family and the defendant’s family.
