Geez, that seems really, really high for that.
For me, I just had to replace my roof last year. I sprung for the 50 year shingles so unless we get a major storm (tornado?) that pulls off my roof, I should be good.
I wonder how long warranties usually are on solar panels.
Oh, and DaFace, I mentioned insurance because if a storm damages the panels then I assume my homeowners insurance will pay for that.
