Would you be willing to post the values? I would understand if you don’t.

Some times we see transient increases in liver enzymes. Can happen with viral infections which could explain your lymphocytes.

I suspect they ordered a liver ultrasound and are checking you for viral hepatitis?

Two times the upper limit of normal is not that high. Non alcoholic fatty liver disease is a very common cause of this.

What about Tylenol usage?

Also, I have never seen AST vs ALT to differentiate a long term vs short term issue. The ratios are sometimes used to determine or indicate a cause. The amount of elevation can also give you some clues. Anything less than 10x the upper limit of normal is considered mild to moderate. AST is also found outside the liver, whereas ALT is primarily in the liver.
