I try not to. I haven't taken straight acetaminophen by itself in years. I do have a bottle of 10/325 Vicodin that when things got really bad I would break one in half and take a half. I have completely quit drinking alcohol, and my usage, again, wasn't more than most of my friends, and considerably less than some.
