It would have been before the beginning of BB, probably a few years. Jesse is there with his friend Emilio, who is the guy Walt kills and melts in the bathtub in the very beginning of BB.

Emilio was the tattooed "I don't do paperwork" guy who goes into Saul's office after Kim, by the way.
