I have a neighbor who owns a salon and who charges me $25 if I pay cash or $30 if I pay card. I am still unsure if this is a nice neighbor discount or actually what she charges. Pre-pandemic I was already paying $25 at a barber shop I liked though, so I'm thinking she's cutting me a deal.
